What to Expect on Your First Visit

As a new client, we want you to feel completely at home! After checking in, a Sales Desk Member will give you a quick tour of our salon, spa, and Tousle so you can get familiar with our space and everything we have to offer.

To make your experience even more enjoyable, you’ll be offered a complimentary beverage—choose from fruit-infused water, cappuccino, hot tea, wine, champagne, or beer.

From there, your stylist will take the time to go over your hair goals and customize a plan just for you. After checking out you will receive a goodie bag full of wonderful deluxe samples, a Dupré’s hair tie and some travel goodies!

Booking Online

New Color Client Policy

At Dupre’s Salon, New Clients seeking any color service will begin with a New Color Consultation. This 30-minute appointment can be booked with a $25 deposit, which allows you to discuss your hair history, goals, and needs with your stylist, setting the stage for a personalized plan.

Depending on the time needed for the service, your color appointment may be completed on the same day if time allows or scheduled for a future date.

Please note, new clients are welcome to book any other service—such as a haircut, massage, facial, or more—without this requirement.

Reservations

In order to reserve an appointment for first-time clients or for services that take 2+ hours, a credit card or a deposit, depending on the appointment, will be required to reserve your space. By entering or giving us your credit card information at the time of booking, you agree to our cancellation and no-show terms and agree to the card on file being charged. There will be a 3% fee for any refund process.

Appointment reminders are sent via email or text, and we call to confirm a scheduled appointment 48 hours in advance. We ask that you confirm your appointments by one of these means or by calling the salon directly. Any cancellation requests attempted but not confirmed with Dupré’s staff will result in a same-day cancellation/no-show.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel, reschedule, or make a change to your existing appointment, we ask for a 48-hour notice and you may do so by email at dupressalonanddayspa@gmail.com , phone, and/or voicemail at 757-464-9100. We ask that you please understand that, in the event of a missed appointment (no-show) or last-minute cancellation, it can be difficult to book the allotted time for other clients.

All services require a deposit to book. Deposits are refundable within a 48-hour cancellation period, with the exception of a 3% charge covering any refund process.
