In order to reserve an appointment for first-time clients or for services that take 2+ hours, a credit card or a deposit, depending on the appointment, will be required to reserve your space. By entering or giving us your credit card information at the time of booking you agree to our cancellation and no-show terms and agree to the card on file being charged. There will be a 3% fee for any refund process.
Appointment reminders are sent via email or text and we call to confirm a scheduled appointment 48 hours in advance. We ask that you confirm your appointments by one of these means or by calling the salon directly.
Any cancellation requests attempted but not confirmed with Dupré’s staff will result in a same-day cancellation/no-show.
Should you need to cancel, reschedule, or make a change to your existing appointment, we ask for a 48-hour notice and you may do so by email at dupressalonanddayspa@gmail.com, phone, and/or voicemail at 757-464-9100. We ask that you please understand that, in the event of a missed appointment (no-show) or last-minute cancellation, it can be difficult to book the allotted time for other clients.
New Clients All services require a deposit to book. Deposits are refundable within a 48-hour cancellation period, with the exception of a 3% charge covering any refund process.
Existing Clients If you cancel or reschedule an appointment after the required 48-hour notice, first time (1st) we will verbally reiterate our cancellation policy, second (2nd) missed appointment we will require a credit card or deposit in order to reserve another appointment. We will charge a 100% service fee for the third (3rd) or any missed appointment after that.
We understand that emergencies happen, and are sometimes unavoidable, and we take those instances into consideration.
If you are using our online booking system, you must agree to the terms & conditions to continue to book your appointment.
Kindly note that if you happen to arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled time, we may not be able to ensure the completion of your service on the same day. In such cases, tardiness might necessitate the rescheduling of your appointment for another day. We put significant effort into carefully allocating time for each service and strive to accommodate late arrivals without causing any inconvenience to other scheduled guests.
We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of all our clients with our services. However, if you find yourself less than satisfied with the outcome of your salon service, we kindly request that you reach out to the salon within 24 hours of your appointment. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we are here to address any concerns you may have in a prompt and courteous manner. We will ask you to return to the salon for your hair to be visually assessed within 3 business days of your appointment, and are able to provide a complimentary adjustment within two weeks of your appointment.

Pricing at Dupré’s Salon & Day Spa is based on the average amount it takes to perform the desired service, products used to complete the service and the level of skill required to perform the service. Prices listed may be increased based on length, density, preparation work performed by our staff, and if additional time or product are needed to perform the service. Prices are subject to change without notice. If you have any questions on the pricing of your service, please feel comfortable inquiring prior to being serviced, we will not give any price quote over the phone. We offer complimentary color & haircut consultations with all our stylists as well as spa consultations with our technicians.

To ensure the smooth operation and continued excellence of our salon, we have implemented a few policies which include credit cards fees and a modest house charge. These charges help us maintain our facilities, support our staff, and let us continue to offer the high standards you expect from us. When checking out with us these fees are not included in your technicians services so gratuity will only be for services received.
We would also like to let or clients know that when a stylists’ service prices increase it is due to their individual merit, education and experience. This charge allows us to ensure that our team members are rewarded fairly for their exceptional work and continued education.

A 2.9% fee will be applied to all transactions made using a credit card. This fee helps cover the costs associated with credit card processing. In order to save the 2.9% fee, we welcome the use of cash or debit cards which will waive the fee.
