I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist for more than 16 years, and throughout my career I’ve always believed that every massage should be personalized to the person on my table. I take the time to listen, understand what you’re experiencing, and adjust my pressure and techniques to meet your individual needs.
My experience includes therapeutic and deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports and injury massage, prenatal massage, Swedish massage, and a variety of specialized bodywork techniques. Whether you’re looking to relieve tension, improve mobility, recover, or simply relax, my goal is to provide a professional and comfortable experience that helps you feel your best.
